Discovery & Research
Exploring the problem from all angles, diving deep into user research, and getting to know our users inside and out to create personas.
Set Directions
Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to clarify goals and ensure everyone’s on the same page.
Design Exploration
Creating wireframes and brainstorming three or more design concepts as potential solutions. Collaborating with the team to select two designs for further development into low/high-fidelity prototypes.
Usability Testing
Gathering feedback from users through prototype testing and incorporating their input to refine and improve the designs.
Final Presentation
Polishing visual aspects and presenting both usability test results and the final design decisions to stakeholders.
Handoff
Working closely with the engineers to ensure the design was implemented successfully, including attending dev refinements and coordinating design reviews to give feedback.
Monitoring & Tracking
Documenting all identified improvements from the performance and communicating them to the product managers, facilitating the creation of tickets in the backlog for future implementation.
